Sometimes you want to apply the same setting to a large amounts of pages. Use these steps to change attributes, apply thumbnail images or amend any other properties, to a series of pages all at once.
- Go to Dashboard > Sitemap > and select 'Page Search'
- To select pages of a specific page type or criteria, in the top right, inside the search box, select 'Advanced'; which will bring a window up
- From here select 'Add field'
- To choose all pages from a particular section, select 'Parent page', or select a particular page type (for example Service pages)
- Click the 'Choose Page' button and select your chosen parent page from the site map
- Include children by pressing the 'Yes' radio button
- To view all pages, select 'customise results' at the top of the box
- Scroll down to the bottom of the options to 'Number of Results' and select '100'
- Press 'search' to display all the pages beneath your chosen parent page

Now all your pages are displayed, use the checkbox left of 'Type' to select all, or the check the relevant boxes on a given row to select that row

Once you have selected your pages, click the words next to "Type" which say 'Item selected' and select 'edit properties'

You can now edit the attributes (properties) for all of your selected pages. Scroll down to find the attribute you want to change, and select 'multiple values'

Tick or untick the attribute depending on the change you want

ensure you Save at the bottom
