Projects
Frank have been working with CNWL since 2016 and have delivered a wide range of projects for them, which is a testament to a strong relationship. Initially, Frank delivered a Quality Improvement site, which was later expanded to be an entire public facing website. Frank has since delivered:
- Talking Therapies IAPT – a site designed specifically for users of mental health services, with an engaging design and buttons for each locality
- Trust Extranet – key information for staff is now more accessible, being available on mobile and when staff are not on the network
- Keeping Well – providing wellbeing and psychological support for all NHS, care home and ambulance staff in North West London. The site features a chat function allowing users to interact with counsellors directly.
Frank works closely with the Trust’s Communications and Design team, collaborating to deliver the developments in conjunction with their internal teams.
