At Frank, our company is built on friendship. We're a team of unique individuals, each with our own quirks - but we are united by a shared commitment to quality. We work hard and have a laugh, enjoying a relaxed environment where like-minded people come together to make a difference.

Frank Team on volunteering dayWe are dedicated to enhancing the environmental efficiency of our business, aiming to reduce the consumption of energy and natural resources wherever possible. Our hosting is 100% carbon neutral.

Our shared offices are conveniently located near Manchester city train station and a well-serviced bus route. We don't pay for parking spaces and have a cycle-to-work scheme. Where company vehicles are needed, they are fully electric or hybrid.

We're passionate about our local environment. We've volunteered at Fletcher Moss park, planting trees, clearing weeds, and removing invasive species. You can read more about this here.

Charity work

Our team runs the Manchester 10k annually to raise money for charity. In the past, we've supported Action for Humanity and The Trussell Trust.

This year, we're raising funds for The Mount Vernon Cancer Centre. We've also hosted Macmillan Coffee mornings to support people living with cancer.
