A quick rundown
The Joint Research Office (JRO) is a strategic partnership between King’s College London and Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
The JRO creates innovative efficiencies that enhance and accelerate the initiation and delivery of translational and clinical research across both organisations.
Furthermore, it fosters collaboration, enhances communication and provides professional development opportunities for both its research and research management communities.

What did they say?
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the hard work you have put into delivering a high-quality, visually engaging website. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you to create a collaborative platform designed to support and empower those managing and conducting translational and clinical research at King’s College London and Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. The addition of the JRO Intranet brings with it functionality that provides a ‘one-stop-shop’ to easily access among other things, ‘How-to guides’, SOPs, dashboards, and a “Yellow Pages” of expertise to support translational and clinical research. On a personal note, I wanted to say a huge thank you to you, Kev and Kris for your patience and for accommodating every ask I had of you, right up to the go-live day! You are a fantastic team and great ambassadors for Frank. I will certainly be recommending you to other colleagues.
But don’t just take my word for it, here are just a few comments on the website from those it was designed to support:
“Looks brilliant, great work on such an innovative platform”
“The website looks fantastic- it’s very engaging and informative”
“I think the website is really clear. Really liked the accessibility options too”
“Overall, the website looks great, we are excited to see it go live!”
Best wishes,
Lloyd
