The following process describes what will happen if a new requirement, or change, is requested once the project is underway. In this case, we will follow the "change control" process below to ensure that the client fully understands the impact of the request.
- Requirement for change or addition raised by client
- Is the change or addition in scope?
- If yes - the request is actioned
- If not - client advised that Frank will complete an Impact Assessment
- Client engaged to confirm details of requirement
- Impact Assessment scheduled
- Impact Assessment completed (includes estimate)
- Client advised of estimate (time & cost)
- Client Approval?
- If no - change request closed
- If yes - PO raised by Client (if applicable)
- Change request scheduled into project
