From mid March, our support desk will make it easier for supported customers to get help when they need it.

Whether you’re reporting an issue, asking a question, or requesting something new, getting the help you need will be smoother than ever.

The Support Desk is a powerful tool for monitoring your requests. You will be able to see the current status of your request (in real time), track everything relating to your website in one place and communicate directly with the Support Team. You can also use our self-service portal to search for answers or guides to the CMS.

Frank’s Support Desk will be actively monitored during the following days and times:

Monday: – Thursday: 9am – 5.30pm

Friday: 9am – 5pm

Bank holidays: – Closed

All of Frank's supported customers can use the new Support Desk.

Get help from Frank - this could be to ask us a question, report an issue or submit a request for a change or addition to your system.

Find the answers yourself - if you want to understand how to do something, or learn more about your CMS, you can use our Knowledge Centre to search our CMS user guides.
