A quick rundown

What did they say?

We approached Frank with a very ambitious concept. What stood out from the tender process was that Alex, Jamie and Mike interpreted the brief for our public website perfectly, and fuelled our enthusiasm with real solutions.

Our first meeting further showed us that we were in good hands, it was clear that Frank had extensive experience of working within the public sector and they understood the needs that we would have, even before we had fully articulated them ourselves.

They have been a pleasure to work with, accompanying and guiding us smoothly through the phases of our build. I can honestly say that Frank have gone above and beyond our expectations and have had a massive impact on our ability to reach the public and to spread our message to prevent suicide across the nation.

The Content Management System that Frank used with us is really powerful and dynamic, but also easy to use. The tools allow us to manage the content real time, with a small team, and as a result we can be responsive in a matter of minutes not days.

We are extremely happy with the website and micro-site developed by Frank, and we have been impressed by how knowledgeable and insightful they have been in supporting us to make informed decisions. Although our initial ambitions were very high, and the deadlines were tight we delivered on time and with first class products every time.

We at the ZSA would like to give special thanks to Siobhan, who really made the experience feel bespoke and grounded everything in our core mission and values.

We actively recommend Frank within our networks and would happily take any queries by anyone on the fence, by sharing our experience.
