A quick rundown
Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust provide mental health, learning disability and neurodevelopmental services to people living in south east England. Their services are for children, young people, adults of working age and older people.
They provide care in a range of locations including people’s own homes, specialist clinics, hospitals, low and medium secure units and GP surgeries.
Our solution
The project started with a detailed scoping phase run by our Head of Projects and Transformation, Siobhan O'Leary Donkin. Having insight into what staff and users wanted from the new site, the designs were then developed incorporating the Trust's branding.
The site included an interactive location map, service finder and "need urgent help" button which the user can see wherever they are on the page. The site also include a CAMHS microsite with it's own navigation.
We’ve since worked with the Trust to bring their new branding to life on the website, giving it a fresh, updated feel. We also created a dedicated Careers site to help them attract and inspire new talent, find out more on the Careers project page.

What did they say?
Frank have been great to work with. The team have been supportive, proactive and responsive throughout our website redevelopment project. Right from the start, it felt more like a collaboration than the traditional client/supplier relationship.
We're really pleased with the new website and early feedback from users suggest they are too.
Thanks to all the team at Frank.
