A quick rundown
Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) was formed in 2002 and achieved Foundation Trust status in 2007. They provide health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care – including the provision of three GP surgeries.
Our solution
Our client was managing multiple websites across different platforms, each with its own hosting contract and maintenance processes. We brought the main public-facing site and six additional sites - covering mental health, primary care, and family health - onto one unified platform.
This move has streamlined content management and reduced hosting costs, all under one efficient contract. Admin teams now manage everything from a single, easy-to-use system. As new sites are added, the client saves time and money by reusing templates with only small design tweaks needed.
To support the Trust’s wide-ranging services across a large region, we built an interactive map showing service locations and what’s provided at each one. Service pages are linked directly to locations, making navigation easy for users and helping them find the right care faster.
