A quick rundown
The Bexley 0 to 19 Children's Public Health Service offers tailored guidance to families and partner services who work with children and young people to help them understand and promote their development, with dedicated support from expert Health Visitors and School Nurses.
Our solution
We’ve built a strong partnership with Bromley Healthcare over the years, supporting a number of their websites. Most recently, they commissioned a new platform to bring several sites - previously hosted by different providers - under one roof. This move not only cuts down on hosting costs but also simplifies administration.
The first site to launch on the new platform was Bromley Talking Therapies, followed by Bexley 0–19 a site which offers guidance and support to families and people working with children and young people.
The Bexley 0-19 site is the first of a few sites which will provide similar information, but each tailored for a different geographical area. One of the standout features of the CMS is the smart use of shared content. Admins can manage information centrally, updating global content in one place while also tailoring local content for individual sites - saving time and keeping things consistent across different localities.
The client had already undertaken valuable engagement work with users, including parents, carers and health visiting teams. We built on that by analysing the feedback and making recommendations to shape the site structure and design. The result is a welcoming, easy-to-navigate site with warm imagery that reflects the families it serves.
We’re excited to see the rest of the local sites come to life on the new platform.
