A quick rundown
Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP) provides healthcare for people with serious mental illness, learning disabilities and autism in inpatient and community-based settings. They service a population of around 1.8 million across Bath and North East Somerset (BaNES), Swindon and Wiltshire, and Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire.
Our solution
Frank delivered a main public facing website and a microsite for CAMHS. The microsite for CAMHS had a different look and feel, based on the feedback of their users, and its own navigation (find out more on the CAMHS project page).
Bespoke requirements were incorporated, such as the ability to easily print or save to PDF, for users to provide feedback on each page and also identify when the content was last updated on each page. The site incorporates the AWP branding throughout, with high quality photography, and is a friendly, visual representation of the Trust.

What did they say?
From our first interactions during the procurement exercise, to the scoping, development, building, testing and final learning-review, the team gave us confidence throughout.
Our project needed to address a wide range of needs from content to security, and Frank colleagues were able to delicately steer us through unknown waters towards a website which really exceeds our expectations.
They were more than happy to add suggestions and perspectives at every point on the journey, based on their wide experience working with similar organisations. Particular thanks to Siobhan who was our key contact throughout.
We are very happy to recommend Frank as a customer and outcome-focussed organisation.
