The Brief

Frank were commissioned to work with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, a Mental Health Trust, to redevelop their site in early 2018. As part of the brief, the way the user accessed information, how they searched for information, and accessibility for users with learning difficulties were all priorities.

The Project

The project was developed in conjunction with an internal stakeholder team, and during scoping and development we worked closely with the Trust to ensure that the key priorities were being met. The inclusion of easy read content was particularly well received by users.
