Background
Regulations came into force on 23 September 2018 which say that all public sector websites and mobile apps must meet accessibility standards. These standards are currently called WCAG 2.1 (AA). You can find out more information on the requirements on gov.uk website.
When building your website, Frank will ensure that the site itself meets these guidelines (this means the code and the way it works). However, there is a responsibility on the you to ensure that the content is written and maintained in a way that meets the guidelines. We've put together a handy guide to help you.
