Frank designed and built a clean, modern website that sits alongside the main Trust site, giving private patients a clear and confident experience from the first visit. The structure focuses on helping users quickly understand services, consultants and how to access care, with simple navigation and strong calls to action throughout.
The private UCLH website was built on the same CMS as the main Trust site, allowing key content such as Consultant profiles to be shared across both platforms. Additional attributes were introduced to support private-specific information, including alternative contact details. By using a shared platform and hosting environment, the Trust benefits from more efficient content management and reduced duplication across sites.
The result is a polished, easy to use site that reflects the quality of the UCLH brand while making private healthcare information more accessible and straightforward for patients.
