We worked with NHS West and North London to create a highly accessible website that reflects the organisation’s colourful brand and community‑focused mission. Bringing together hospitals, GPs, community services, councils and charities, the client needed a platform that was clear, welcoming and easy for everyone to use.
Our design modernises their digital presence with strong accessibility foundations and a vibrant visual style, helping local people quickly find the care and support they need.
Working at pace to support a major organisational change
With the merger set to go live on 1 April 2026, the new ICB faced a fixed, non‑negotiable launch date for its digital presence. The Frank team delivered the full website build in just eight weeks, working at pace alongside the client to move from design to delivery within an accelerated timeline. Close collaboration and rapid decision‑making were key. We ran an agile process with frequent check‑ins, enabling content, design and development to progress in parallel and ensuring the site evolved quickly as the new organisation took shape. This approach allowed us to remain flexible as structures, services and messaging were still being finalised during the merger period.
We supported the team through the transition — bringing together content from two legacy ICBs into a single, coherent user experience. The result is a confident new platform that launched on time, providing clarity and continuity for patients, partners and staff from day one.
